About Kim O'Dea
Kimberly (Kim) O’Dea is one of Fresche’s newest Client Account Managers. She joined Fresche in 2018 and brought with her over 20 years of solution and services account management. She has a strong customer focus and the ability to uncover hidden gaps in workflows, process efficiency and the unique ability to help clients clearly outline their goals and the gaps to achieve them. She is not afraid to ask the tough questions and to push the team around her to be better every day. Kim is known for asking her clients “What’s next?” to help them achieve their organizational goals. She is a critical thinker and creative problem solver, with the ability to bridge the gaps between senior leadership and end users.
