No paid license is required for the workshop. DIAD uses Power BI Desktop, which is free to download. If you want to publish dashboards to the Power BI Service after the workshop, you’ll need a Power BI Pro or Fabric license—but that’s optional for the training itself.

A computer with internet access and the ability to install Power BI Desktop (ensure your IT dept. can enables access).
Access to Microsoft Teams or the platform hosting the workshop.
Sample data files provided by the workshop organizers (usually downloadable before the session).
