Amy Khoury
As the General Counsel for Fresche, Amy Khoury plays a critical role in overseeing the legal needs of the company. With a Civil Law degree and Juris Doctor from the Université de Montréal, Amy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Her career has focused primarily on technology, corporate, and business law, and she has acted as a trusted advisor to clients in the entertainment, media, and technology industries. Amy’s experience has equipped her with the skills to negotiate and draft agreements that govern the operations of these sectors. Her strategic insights and attention to detail have helped her manage and administer various commercial agreements, develop standardized contractual tools, and implement streamlined processes for the benefit of the organization.
She is responsible for the legal management and monitoring of commercial transactions across Canada, the United States and Europe as well as liaising with external counsel in various jurisdictions. Amy reports directly to the CEO, and interacts daily with the company’s various business lines, such as Operations, HR, Sales, Marketing and Finance, to meet their legal needs.
